Bollsta Dolphin is a Moss Maritime CS 60 E type semi-submersible drilling rig that is constructed at Hyundai Heavy Industries (HHI) in South Korea. The rig is owned by Fred Olsen ASA and will be operated by Dolphin Drilling. HMS Design & Utvikling is contracted by Fred Olsen for assistance, and follow-up of the working environment related issues in the project as well as verifying 3rd part delivery of WE documents and studies. HHI is responsible for delivery of all WE studies described in NORSOK S-002.
